Philosophy
Humanum
is a personal and leadership development organisation,
founded by Nicholas Bradbury in 2016. We offer bespoke human-science-based development programmes and executive coaching through a range of courses, retreats and one-to-one mentorship, in both the UK and France.
Humanum’s philosophy reflects the concerns of Nicholas’ life’s work in service of human growth: social justice, health and well-being, inner city neighbourhoods, lifelong-learning, the arts, organisational psychodynamics, leadership and pastoral practice. It draws deeply on global theologies and especially the Christian and Hindu spiritual traditions.
